It’s February, and we have a new bunch of player mixes to share—this week we have frenetic, upbeat, and atmospheric musical blends for you.

The Mix of the Week goes to Qweggy for their mix “Mad Hatter's Trip.” This is an incredibly creative composition where discs are mixed at a frenetic pace. A Loop filter on Armin van Buuren’s “Blah Blah Blah” sets the trance-y pace for the seven discs dropped in quick succession, with brief breaks from the Lilting Drop Bass instrument. Oh, and do you hear that sweet synth tying knot on this mix? It’s pure 💖!

We hope this inspires you to try it out!

Imani submitted to the Spirit of FUSER event this fantastic mix called “Tango.” The first half is an upbeat slow ramp-up to the main course, where a perfectly timed transition gives us goosebumps! But Imani doesn’t stop there and keeps swapping discs harmoniously. The promoters love the mix and the outfit!

The Staff Pick this week is “Crime Scene” by DylanIsFASTR. This mix builds on top of the hypnotic vocals of ORION’s “Time For Crime” to create an atmosphere of mystery. We’re looking for the leader of the time crime ring after all! If you watch closely, DylanIsFASTR puts a lot of effort into this mix to compose specific disc arrangements and time them to the lyrics. 👍

nercore.ttv creates a multi-vocal mix that brings together Sean Paul’s “Get Busy” with a few other artists, including Nelly’s “Hot In Herre”. It’s almost an acapella, and the drums from Billie Eilish’s “bad guy” gives this performance a Rap/Hip-Hop vibe that will get your head bobbing to the beat.

We never get tired of filling our ears with your mixes, so share your FUSER voice on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook by tagging us, and use the hashtags #PlayFUSER and #MixTheHits. And keep an eye on our Twitter feed and Instagram stories for more player-created musical combinations!
