Our year continues at an incredible pace with fantastic FUSER creations from our community of DJs, and once again, we bring you more music mixes from our community of FUSER DJs! A warm welcome to those new DJs who have recently joined the festival fun—we hope that what you see here will inspire you to craft and share your own unique mixes. Many thanks to our current host of FUSER DJs who’ve been here since the start and support the community in musically memorable ways every day!

One of the top-rated mixes from the Rap Spotlight Event was made by Flashbaxx with “Wu-Tang Clan Go Hollywood Swing.” Wu-Tang Clan’s “Gravel Pit," mixed with another sample, creates a smooth transition point for the Vocal Adlibs that transform this into an excellent event mix. It feels so good. Go on, give it a try!

In their Time’s Running Out Event submission, StappedElf5 created an intense mix that will bring a smile to your face—starting with a fast-paced combination of tracks, then a move into a chilled downtempo, with a nice wrap up with some “hot stuff”!

Making it to our Staff Pick was Santini’s dance mix. Santini uses effects to add an elegant music layer to the first part of this mix, then a graceful transition by muting discs, and finally moves into a groovier vibe for an excellent finish. This mix would work so well in the dance club scene!

Caja carefully crafted this rich mix in three parts, and we love it! Opening with Mark Ronson ft. Miley Cyrus’ “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” vocal, then a beautiful transition to Topic with A7S’s “Breaking Me,” gives Justin Timberlake’s “Rock Your Body” a dance feel. And we can’t complain when the pace slows down with a perfect instrumental conclusion.

Redcoat Revolts goes where no FUSER player has gone before with their mix titled “8-Bit Boss Fight vs. The Ooze”. With only instruments, they manage to generate a simple and rhythmic melody. This sounds like a challenge to the community:

Don’t be shy! Show us what you can do to take your mixes to a whole new level, then tag us with #PlayFUSER and #MixTheHits hashtags on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook, and maybe we’ll feature you in the Masters of Mix spotlight or share to our crowd of FUSER followers.
